Liz Allman joined Talent-Connect in 2019. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, as well as client relations.

Liz has a long history with the State of Delaware. While attending the University of Delaware, her first job was at the Hotel DuPont. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Liz went on to work for Sodexo, a global services company for 21 years as VP of Client Relations. More recently, Liz worked with the Buccini-Pollin Group as Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager and helped individuals create a new home in Wilmington, Delaware.

Liz has a passion for understanding and meeting the needs of people and especially to help them understand the significant resources, rich history and social attractions that our area offers.

Shannon Clark Johnston

Shannon Clark Johnston has over 25 years of human resources experience in a variety of roles including head of HR, corporate trainer for a Fortune 500 company, executive coach, thought leader, and keynote speaker. She is a master certified professional coach, serving businesses and individuals who want to apply her powerful goal-setting strategies in the service of holistic success and thriving.

As the founder and owner of True HR, LLC, Shannon works closely with clients to deliver tailored HR solutions. In addition to leading her own consultancy, she frequently collaborates with other organizations on a contract basis, offering specialized expertise in coaching, training, and leadership development to help businesses optimize their workforce and achieve their goals.

In addition to her extensive hands-on experience, Shannon’s MS in organizational leadership and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification underscores her comprehensive knowledge of HR strategy and policy.

Shannon resides the Northeast with her son and two rambunctious dogs. She's a life-long "clam digger", born and raised by the beach. Shannon loves her work and meets each new challenge with insight, integrity, warmth, and a dose of good humor.
